Our brand new collaboration with Purple Tongue Hot Sauce. An Asian inspired sauce, combining miso, garlic confit, shitake mushroom, yuzu, sake, soy sauce, scallions and ginger plus a dash of sesame oil.
With a heat rating of 4/5 this one is not to be taken lightly. We’ve combined Thai chilies, shishito and a healthy dose of dragons breath pepper. If liquid gold had a flavour we believe this would be it!
HOW TO USE: Pairs well with ramen, pho, noodles, fried rice, steak, chicken wings, tofu, salmon, pork chops, fresh rolls and sandwiches.
