The flavor profile is bright tropical fruit (Fresh Pineapple, Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice). Heat is supplied from fresh Caribbean red and orange Habaneros provided locally from an Ontario farm. Savory, sweet and floral notes are provided from Locally harvested Wildflower Honey, Ontario Saffron threads and fresh garlic. We add Charred and Roasted Orange Bell Peppers and toasted Korean Chile Threads for another layer of heat and flavor as well as adding visual interest to the sauce.
